Terms of Service for SakuraMind

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SakuraMind application (the "Service"), a mind mapping tool provided by unSoft. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
1. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. No Liability for Damages
You agree that we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any other loss or damage. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
3. Prohibited Use
You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, sublicensing, or creating derivative works of the Service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service, nor may you redistribute or sell any part of the Service without explicit permission from unSoft.
4. Service Availability and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court in Japan.
6. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless unSoft, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party rights infringement.
